These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the rights and obligations between PostiNote ("Platform", "we") and the user who creates an account ("User", "you"). By checking the box during registration, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and give your explicit consent to the processing and use of your personal data as described below.

In short: By signing up for PostiNote, you allow us to process and use the personal data (name, e-mail, card content, visit/scan statistics, etc.) required to provide our digital business card and QR services. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

1. Data We Collect

To provide our services we collect and process the following data:

Account information: full name, e-mail address, password (stored encrypted).
Card content: the title, phone, social media, logo, cover image and similar details you add to your digital business card.
Usage data: number of QR code scans, card views and visitor statistics, device/browser type and approximate location.
Communication data: support requests, feedback and messages you send us.

2. Purposes and Use of Data

Your personal data is processed and used solely for the following purposes:

To create your account and to provide and maintain the digital business card and QR services.
To show you your card's view and scan statistics.
To improve service quality, detect errors and misuse, and ensure security.
To provide support and communicate with you upon your request.
To fulfil our legal obligations.

We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

3. Sharing of Data

Your data is shared only where strictly necessary to provide the service: hosting and infrastructure providers, and competent authorities where legally required. The PostiNote service is completely free; you are not charged any fee. Only users who voluntarily support us may gain certain special privileges. Information you make public on your digital business card is outside this scope and under your control.

4. Retention and Security

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active and for the periods required by law. We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures (encryption, access control, etc.) to protect your data against unauthorized access. When you delete your account, personal data we are not legally required to retain is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time.

5. Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK)

Under applicable law you have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, object to its processing, receive your data in a portable format, and withdraw the consent you have given. You can contact us to exercise these rights.

6. Cookies

We use cookies necessary for the platform to function and, depending on your preference, statistics cookies. You can reject non-essential cookies.

7. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. We will inform you of significant changes; the current version is always published on this page.
